Tuesday 23rd October.
Today I embarked on my healthy eating plan. Started the day with lots of lemon water and had a basic salad for my lunch. Made a vegetable soup for my dinner but really couldn't face that as I had put far too many butterbeans in it and it was basically tasteless lol so I had salmon kale and rice for my dinner. It was my first time eating kale I lightly fried it with extra virgin olive oil and it tasted a bit like seaweed you get from a Chinese takeaway. Was ok. I am no longer a kale virgin 😉

Thursday 25th October
Today I didn't feel like breakfast so I just had coffee.
I had a late lunch. It was ok.
Cous cous with onions garlic spinach celery kale chick peas and mushrooms.

Friday mmm what can I say? Total washout as far as healthy eating was concerned.
Didnt eat much all day but had rather a lot to drink! Can't remember much of that but apparently I was a 'nightmare' oh well I will remember to tone it daaaaan for next time 🙂
THEN I had take away on the Saturday and also naughty food on the Sunday. So definitely had the weekend off lol. You name it, I ate it. Fish n chips, kebab and a sausage.
Monday felt ill didn't eat apart from a few gluton free crackers with spreadable cheese and then a few bites of pasta bolognaise which is still in the fridge.
So today Tuesday its half three and not eaten yet but went to the shop and got a cauliflower some mushrooms lots of herbs and spices and yet more friggin kale.
No idea what to cook for dinner.
Kitchens clean and tidy ready for me to mess it up again.
Any ideas what one can do with a cauliflower some mushrooms and some kale?
Also bought a tin of sardines in brine. Dunno why, not keen on sardines.
I am sure I cook something wonderfully healthy I wont eat and post up the recipe.
Haven't lost any weight the last few days but did lose two fake friends and a lurker.

Dinner
Chicken stuffed with a tiny bit of garlic herb cheese roule and asparagus. Cauliflower, broccoli and kale on the side.

Started back on my healthy eating regime but I have been in Turkey which was half board and ate rather a lot of olives and cucumber.
I lack will power.
Made a very vegetably vegetable and chicken soup and then tomato cous cous with chicken and mange tout today.
I will try to stick to it better than last time.
I really want a beef and horseradish sandwich.
(was good didn't have one, also didn't touch the bottle of wine)
Did make me own little canape things (can't spell it, not even sure what it is I'm just pretending to be fancy) Ok they were just a couple of rice cakes and crackers butterless with low fat soft cheese (limited) and other bit of stuff on.

Decided to treat myself (yeah already, doing well innit) so I made myself a breakfast using the health fryer with just a couple of squirts with extra virgin olive oil.
Low sugar beans, mushrooms, hash brown, bacon, bubble and squeak some tinned tomatoes (of which there is too much of and I will probably eat half of that or less).
Considering a salad with orange for later.

Made my son homemade chinese for his dinner, chicken fried rice battered chicken balls breaded chicken balls and sweet and sour sauce.
I'm not allowed any 🙁
Not sure what I am having yet, any healthy ideas???
