Oh I bluddy love my health fryer. All you do is heat it for 3 minutes squirt your food with extra virgin olive oil and pop it in and it comes out sooooooo tasty. Better than over cooked and really really yummy without all that oil and they are crispy. You may need to bugger about with it a bit to get the right time of the cooking but I am so pleased I have one! Much more healthy and tasty and even though extra virgin olive oil can be a bit pricey the benefits outweigh the cost. I've done scampi and fries in mine and onion rings. Very nice and highly recommended by me!
Yes you get none of that! The extra virgin olive oil is recommended as its healthy and helps cook the food and make it nice and crispy!! A few squirts is all you need!
Dinner Tuesday was a load of green veg with chopped pork loin steak, ginger honey soy sauce and lemon with home made noodles (made with plain flour and water with pasta making machine).
Didn't blog the recipe or take a pic as it looked horrible but did taste nice.
Today made a veg and beef mince soup which looks like gravy with a load of crap in it.
I do not like fish with lemon so I have decided to cook some salmon with lemon on it for dinner. I am determined to like lemon with fish as I can't shove a load of cheese on me fish as its fattening.
Food has been around for thousands of years. Food is not the problem.....
Do that for at least six months...you may see some results....
