Ingredients
Small whole chicken
4 garlic cloves
garlic powder
Herbs of your choosing
Mushrooms
Cream
Chicken stock
Salt and pepper to taste
Cover a chicken in garlic granuals and 3 chopped cloves and cook in the oven. Season with salt and pepper. Add roast potatoes after an hour.
Drain off the juices into a saucepan and add sliced mushrooms half a cup of water and a chicken stock cube. Add 2 more cloves of chopped garlic.
Boil for a while then add half a cup of single cream and herbs of your choosing.
Simmer on low heat
Serve your chicken and roast potatoes when brown and crispy and add veg of your choosing and cover liberally with the garlic cream sauce!
