No ive already explained.

When a moderator is not online, the room closes.

The site cannot be left unmoderated.

This has been set up that way intentionally.

I have changed the settings back so the room is open.

Please understand that its is very difficult to have a chatroom moderated 24/7.

I understand this is frustrating but an unmoderated room is dangerous and very likely illegal.

I hope I don't regret unlocking it.

Still no luck, I've bitterly missed not being able to get on, the screen just freezes. Has anyone else experienced the same problems? I'm sure my Java is up to date. No rush Sarah and it is late but hope I can get back on sooner rather than later.

Have changed settings to accept all browsers, I don't know why you're the only one who couldn't gain access but all should be well now!
