Recipe - Bean dip with crudities

I was asked to post up this recipe and a few others so here is my recipe for bean dip

You take half a tin of canellini beans butter beans and berlotti beans (or halve all of them again if you do not want very much dip).

Blend them with a clove of garlic a drizzle of olive oil and squeeze in a quarter of a lemon.

Add a tiny pinch of salt and pepper, add more olive oil lemon or beans to get it to the taste you want it.

Then slice carrots, cucumber and celery into lovely dipable batons and hey presto.

A tasty healthy much!

You can also add chick peas which is obviously what they use to make hummus or rosecoco beans.

Whatever floats your boat!
