Take a oven tin and grease the bottom with some olive oil.
Fill the bottom with thinly sliced courgette and then cover with a thin layer of passata.
Add some very finely sliced onions.
Then layer with thinly sliced potatoes and top that with some vegan cheese sauce and thinly sliced vegan cheese.
Then layer again with more courgette and passata.
Layer with potato again then the rest of the cheese sauce and then grate some of the vegan cheese on top.
Add some vegan hard cheese over the top.

I've taken it out to cool and will be topping it with brown garlic breadcrumbs.
