Pepperoni and Mozzarella Tigerbread Pizza
Pack of pepperoni
Small ball of Mozzarella
Some chopped onion
Clove of garlic
Half a tin of chopped tomatoes
Squirt of tomato puree and squirt of tomato ketchup
Half a spoon of sugar
Handful of cheddar cheese
Half the half tin of chopped tomatoes and blend. Add the tomato puree and ketchup then the sugar and strain the juice from the left over tinned tomatoes and add to the sauce.
I made two different pizzas.
Cut the tiger bread in half length ways and cover the flat sides in the tomato sauce.
Add the onions, garlic pepperoni and the mozzarella
Then sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
I decided to prepare my pizzas, wrap them and put straight into my freezer for when I feel like having something easy to cook. You can put them straight into the oven for about 15-20 minutes.
I will post pics when I have cooked them.
I might cook them on Saturday. I will probably cook steak tonight as its me birthday!

Tiger bread froze well and was nice and crispy.
