Scallops and Prawn noodles
After being in Italy and their awful processed foods I really needed a healthy dinner.
Prawns, scallops, onions, broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms and lots and lots of garlic!
spaghetti added at the end.
the veg and seafood cooked in low fat oil and flavoured with soy sauce and a tiny dash of maple syrup.
salt and pepper to taste.
A proper healthy tasty meal!
